No. Nothing shows up on his side. We read his public profile from our servers, never from your account.

Do I need his password, or mine?

How do I see who someone recently followed on Instagram?

Instagram doesn’t show it or publish a follow date. FollowBell watches a public account from the day you add it. Each change comes with the time we caught it. The long answer

What if the account is private?

Instagram only shows a private account's follows to the people it accepted. No app or site can see them, whatever they promise. FollowBell tells you right away.
