These terms cover your use of the FollowBell app. Using the app means you accept them.
Not affiliated with Instagram
FollowBell is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. FollowBell reads only information that Instagram publishes to anyone, and never signs in to any Instagram account.
What the service does
FollowBell reads the public following list of a public Instagram account on a schedule, and tells you what changed between two readings. It cannot see private accounts, it cannot tell you when something happened on Instagram — only when we observed it — and it does not claim to be complete or continuous.
Fair use
Do not use FollowBell to harass, stalk, or intimidate anybody, and do not try to extract data from it in bulk or automate access to it. We may end access that does either, without notice and without a refund.
Subscriptions
- Subscriptions are sold and billed by Google Play, not by us. The price and the renewal period are shown before you buy.
- They renew automatically until you cancel. Cancel at any time in your Google Play account; the subscription then runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Google under Google Play's own policy.
No warranty
The service is provided as it is. It depends on Instagram continuing to publish the information it publishes today, and on a third-party data provider continuing to supply it; if either stops, the service stops. We do not promise that it will be available without interruption, or that what it reports is complete.
Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to what you paid for the subscription in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the country you live in.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with them. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the new terms.
